Those unions represent members in fields as diverse as education, public safety, the paper industry, and service employees. Our attorneys have represented unions and their members in collective bargaining, union organizing and elections, public sector labor disputes, grievance arbitrations, interest arbitrations, representation before the Oregon Employee Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board, and class action lawsuits on behalf of employees and pension recipients. Additionally, we represent union members in suits under the Fair Labor Standards Act and other employment laws.
